Tabea Mathern is a Photographer, Director and Creative Director, creating tactile imagery for brands, publications and cultural projects.
Working across photography and motion, she crafts worlds that blur the line between the everyday and the imagined, balancing playfulness with refinement.
She has worked with leading brands like Adobe, Klarna, Clinique and eBay, with her images featured in publications such as Der Spiegel, Cosmopolitan, Bloomberg Businessweek or FAZ.
Her strong creative direction guides ideas from initial sketch to final image. She works closely with brands, agencies and creative teams, approaching each project with a keen sensitivity to culture, atmosphere and visual storytelling. On set, she combines a clear creative vision with a collaborative approach, valuing the expertise and perspective of everyone involved.

She regularly shares her knowledge through workshops and teaching, including an extensive online course with Domestika, a leading creative platform, as well as past workshops and tutorials in collaboration with Adobe, Soho House and Design Hotels.
